I. Introducing for the
line
This line make the pellet with saw dust, straw,stalk,thin wood chip,etc. collect the material and mix,
adjust the quality, make one, small and roundish thing to cool dry, Sift the process of grading to form.
The technological process is rational in succession, every unit performance fit the processing line,
the structure is compact, The area of occupation of land is as small as possible, , it is
very convenient to
operate and maintain.
Moreover it can easyly be mobile if the frame is put on wheels
This line is a Turn-Key factory with everything from hammer mill to sieve, built on a steel skid that will fit
into a 20' FCL container, which essentially makes it a Mobile Pellets Factory – you only need a fork lift
capable of lifting 3 MT.
suitable material with a water content of 13-18% and pieces (wood chips 2-3 cm) not larger than the
hammer mill can reduce the material to less than 5 mm.

Machine list and explanation:
1. Hammer mill with 4-5.5 kW motor and a 5 mm
sieve 1 set
The knife cut and crush the raw material with 1 mm diameter. For the communication of wood chips,
stick and straw,stalk into the pieces according to the requirement
2. Magnetcor: To select the metal before pelleting
3. Cyclone to suck out the sawdust from the hammer
mill 1 set
4. Screw conveyor to feed the pellets
press 1 set
5. Pellets press with ring die 6-8 mm 1 set
6. Cyclone to transport pellets to combined
cooling/sieving unit 1 set

l Price validity
The prices are valid for a period in 3 months.
l Shipment
In 20days after receipt of deposit.
l Payment
30% prepayment immediately against receipt by T/T, 65% against the inspection of the third side,
5% retainage to be paid after the acceptance of the pellet plant.
l Standard of acceptance:
24 hour continuously running (man -made breakdown shall be deemed as part of continuously
running)
